After using and cleaning, let the pressure cooker dry, remove the silicone sealing ring and never store it
closed.
MAIN TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Technical characteristics: operating pressure 60/110 kPa.
* Pressure level 1: 120-160 kPa. Pressure level 2: 180-300 kPa.
* Resistance pressure: 360 kPa.
* Cover opening security: if the internal pressure is higher than 4 kPa, the lid cannot be opened.
* Closing security of the lid: the lid does not close well if the internal pressure is less than 4 kPa.
* Antilock safety: There is a lock nut under the steam outlet duct.
