Ash box. (Since they are all similar, model VAP24 will be used as an example).
Empty the ash box at the end of the season or after an alarm message (see User manual). To remove the ash
box, you have to first take out the through bolt. Please check the capacity of the ash box (Technical
characteristics).
Once the ash box has been emptied, put it back into place.
Warning: the ash extraction system won't work as long as the ash box is not in its intended position or the
cover is open, if the cover is open or badly closed, or if the sensor is in the wrong position.

6.2.
Heat exchanger
To access the exchanger, we have to remove the lining's top cover and the cover of the exchanger. Once we
have gained access from the top, we can remove the turbulator in two different ways. Before carrying out
the removal, please see section 10 TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS and check how much these elements
weigh. The same methods are used in all models.
6.2.1. Method 1.
Unscrew the cylinder positioner and remove the whole set.
Then, do the same with the helical coupler positioner.
