3. Loosely attach seats to support arms through
pre-drilled holes using 8 3½" hex lag screws, washers
and power drill with 7/16" socket bit. (See Figure 3)
4. The two slightly shorter seats should be attached to
the same support arm. Two long seats will be by the
wheel chair opening.
NOTE: Back edge of the seat should extend 1/2"
beyond end of support arm.

5. With second person, raise the arm and seat
assembly to rest on an object approximately 12"
above the mounting surface. (See Figure 4)
NOTE: It is recommended to use a five-gallon
bucket for this step.

Short Seat
6. Rotate the base center support beam 90 degrees.
Align pre-drilled hole in base and secure using 3"
deck screw. Repeat for remaining bases. (See Figure 5)

7.
Insert center support beam inside support arm. Align
pre-drilled holes, and loosely attach using 3½" hex
lag screws and washers. Repeat for remaining two
bases. (See Figure 6)
NOTE: Anchor blocks should rest against the
outer side of the base supports.

NOTE: The dual seat base will attach opposite
to the wheel chair opening. The individual
bases will be placed next to the wheel chair
opening. Ensure anchor blocks extend 2" past
center supports.
