48" GUARD RAIL FOR
PORTABLE STAGE

Electric Drill Hammer
Two Person Assembly
Recommended
5/16" – 18 T-Nut x 2
1. Place guard rail on stage piece in desired position.
Hook bracket onto edge of stage platform at angle
and rotate it up into place. (See Figure 1)

2. Once in position, use electric drill with 3/8" carpet
cutter drill bit to pre-drill holes on top of stage
through each hole in bracket into stage piece.
NOTE: If a carpet cutter drill bit is not
accessible, precut carpet with razor prior to
drilling to avoid any carpet tearing.

3. Remove guard rail from stage piece. Hammer
5/16" – 18 T-nut into each drilled hole from bottom.
4. Hook guard rail back onto stage piece. Secure with
5/16" – 18 x 1 bolts using adjustable wrench.
(See Figure 2)

TO REMOVE GUARD RAIL:
1. Loosen 5/16" – 18 x 1" bolts using adjustable wrench.
2. Unhook guard rail from stage platform.
