Advice on measuring
Stick the sensor tip at least 1.5 cm
deep into the thickest part of the
meat.
Do not take measurements directly
on the bone.
If the measured temperature is
equal to or higher than the set
temperature, a signal tone beeps
repeatedly and the measured
temperature flashes. The meat has
then finished cooking according to
your chosen settings. The warning
beeps then stop, as soon as the
measured temperature falls below
the set temperature. If necessary,
pay attention to the row in which
the measured temperature is
flashing (temperature sensor 1 or 2).
Measure temperature steadily
(oven mode)
1. Slide the function selector switch
to COOK.
2. Select the meat type and degree of
cooking (see "Select Meat Type and
Degree of Cooking")
