USING THE GRASS TRIMMER AS AN
EDGE TRIMMER
To cut the edges of hedges and grass, the
grass trimmer can be used as follows:
Disconnect the device.
Pull the retaining device for the rotating
motor head (J) back.
While pulling the retaining device (J) back,
turn the entire upper handle 180° until it
locks.
In this way you go from an electric grass
trimmer to an edge trimmer, and you can
make vertical cuts to the grass.
CLEANING
Always unplug before carrying out any
cleaning work.
Minimize dirt and dust on safety devices,
ventilation slots and motor housing as
much as possible. Rub the device with a
clean cloth or blow it with compressed air,
keeping the pressure low.
It is recommended to clean the device
after every use.
Clean the appliance regularly with a
damp cloth and a little mild soap. Do not
use cleaning products or solvents as this
could damage the plastic parts of the
appliance. It is necessary to take into
account that no water enters the interior
of the device. If water enters the electrical
appliance, there will be a greater risk of
electric shock. Remove any residue
accumulated on the protective cover with
a brush.
CHANGING THE THREAD COIL (FIG.5)
Unplug the device.
Press the marked surfaces on the coil
cover laterally and remove them with the
coil.
Remove the worn thread spool.
