The adjustment button (3) is used to adjust the inclination
of the head, depending on the work to be done or the
terrain.
The rotating head button (4) is used to adjust/rotate the
head 90° to the right or left. To do this, pull the shaft and
head in opposite directions and turn.
When the grass trimmer is not in use and before
conducting any maintenance work or replacing
accessories, unplug the power cord from the socket.
The grass trimmer has been designed to work over an
extended period of time with minimal maintenance.
1. Press the fixing tabs and remove the trimmer head cap
(1);
2. Take the spool out of the cap and remove the existing
line;
3. Prepare about 12m of nylon line and fold it in half;
4. Fix the line in the groove of the central spacer of the
spool, in the position of the fold;
5. Roll the two ends in parallel, one on each side of the
central spacer, clockwise;
6. Attach the ends of the line to the outer fixing grooves of
the spool;
7. Insert the spool into the trimmer head cap;
8. Remove the line from the fixing grooves and insert the
ends of the line into the grooves of the cap;
9. Place the trimmer head cap.
Cleaning
Clean all the components of the grass trimmer after each
use. Wipe the grass trimmer with a clean, damp cloth or
blow it with compressed air at low pressure. Careful
handling protects the power tool and extends its service
life.
The power tool and its ventilation slots must be kept clean.
Clean the ventilation slots regularly or whenever they
become blocked.
Storage
When not in use, store the grass trimmer in a dry, clean
place, free from corrosive vapours and out of the reach of
children. Remove the battery when storing the grass
trimmer.
The packaging is made up of recyclable materials,
which you can dispose on local recycling points.
Never dispose of power tools with your household
waste!
According to the European Directive 2012/19/EC on
electrical and electronic equipment waste and its
transposition into national law, power tools must be
collected separately and delivered to the collection sites
provided for this purpose.
