PB & PB / PU
The grip lifting technique used for this clamp requires the user to first verify the friction
o
coefficient between the surface of the load and the clamping jaws, this in order to guarantee the
load is properly secured during use. Tractel Solutions can assist you with this verification.
Always ensure that the pads and the load are completely clean and free from grease or oil or any coating
likely to become detached from the load,, before carrying out any lifting operation.
Use on various products with parallel sides only.
Do not lift parts smaller or larger than the opening capacity of the clamp used. (See technical
characteristics, grip ranges).
Make sure that the load is well balanced before lifting and horizontal and with no risk of hitting an
obstacle. For long loads, we suggest using two PB clamps with a beam (see technical sheet T6010)
PPE must be worn during use
Operating temperature: -20° to +90°C. Consult us for lifting parts in different temperatures.
Please consult us for any use in a specific aggressive atmosphere.
Only move the clamp using the handle(s). Never place hands within the opening area of the clamp.
