Caution: use only tap water (or 50% tap water and 50% demineralised water in case of hard water) in your
steam station. Softened water should absolutely be avoided! Using a "softener" and/or scented water
may cause brown stains, resulting in damage to the steam chamber.

Possible causes
1. The set temperature is too low
2. The iron is not hot enough
3. You use the steam button too often
1. You are using chemical
limescale remover
2. There are dust fibres in the
soleplate that have been burnt
3. Your laundry has not been rinsed
fully adequately or you are using
starch
4. Demineralised water was used
1. You are using a too high
temperature

1. The water tank is empty

Solutions
1. Set the them temperature dial within
the margins of the steam symbol
2. Wait for the light to go out
3. Wait a few seconds before pressing
the button again
1. Do not use limescale remover
2. Clean the sole with a damp sponge
3. Check that your laundry has been
sufficiently rinsed
4. Use only tap water or 50/50 tap water/
demineralised water
1. Clean the soleplate with a damp
sponge
2. Spray the starch on the inside of the
laundry
1. Fill the reservoir
2. Descale the appliance
3. Turn the temperature dial within the
margins of the steam symbol
