9. Cleaning the appliance
DANGER!
Risk of injury from electrified parts
Before cleaning, turn the control knob to speed setting "0"
and pull out the mains plug.
Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids!
Always disconnect the appliance plug from the mains
socket before cleaning or servicing the appliance and
before fitting or dismantling the attachments.
Always remove the attachments from the main appliance
before cleaning.

Risk of damage to the device due to improper
handling
Do not use a wire brush or other abrasive objects or any
sharp or scouring cleaning agents.
Motor housing:
Use only a damp washing-up cloth with a little washing-up
liquid and only for cleaning the outside of the housing.
Dry off with a cloth.
Kneading disc, slicing disc, cutting blade, coarse grater, fine
grater:
These components are made out of metal and are not suit-
able for cleaning in a dishwasher! Heat and aggressive
cleaning agents can cause them to become warped or dis-
coloured.
