completely out of the cork. Thoroughly inspect the tip of the worm: if it is
damaged, stop using the wine opener and contact an authorized service center.
If the worm is in good condition, continue uncorking the bottle, making sure to
hold the wine opener vertically, without tilting it.
The cork is stuck inside the wine opener; the cork removal/ejection button
does not work. Possible cause: the worm is blocked. Solution: press the lower part
of the cork removal/ejection button to unblock the worm. If it then begins to rotate,
try uncorking the bottle again. Press and hold the upper part of the cork
removal/ejection button until the cork comes completely out of the wine opener.
The indicator of the device does not turn on. Possible causes: the battery is low;
defective device or faulty indicator. Solution: charge the device and check, if
necessary, that the cable is working properly; contact an authorized service center.
