3. Place the wine opener on the neck of the bottle (see Fig. III-2)
Note. When uncorking the bottle, make sure that the wine opener is in a
vertical position and that the worm (3) rests in the center of the cork.
4. Uncork the bottle: press and hold the lower part of the button (2) for 9
seconds (see Fig. III-3).
5. Remove the wine opener from the bottle's neck and eject the cork from the
wine opener: press and hold the upper part of the button (2) for 7 seconds
(see Fig. III-4).
Using the Aerator
Use the aerator (5) to oxygenate the wine and enhance the flavor of the drink:
1. Take the aerator and insert it firmly into the neck of the bottle (see Fig. IV-1).
2. Tilt the bottle with aerator inserted (see Fig. IV-2) and pour the wine into the
glass.
Using the Vacuum Stopper
Use the vacuum stopper (4) and pump (1) to cork bottles, as well as to pump out
air for long-term wine storage:
1. Take the vacuum stopper (see Fig. V-1) and insert it firmly into the neck of the
bottle (see Fig. V-2).
2. Turn the wine opener so that the pump is facing down and place it firmly on
the vacuum stopper (see Fig. V-3).
3. Continuously press on the vacuum stopper with the pump for 12 seconds
until you hear a beep, then remove the wine opener from the bottle.
4. Set the date of corking the bottle: turn the metal ring of the vacuum stopper
so that the desired digit/notch corresponding to the date of the month
coincides with the ▼ marking (see Fig. V-4).
Troubleshooting
The wine opener stops during the uncorking process. Possible cause: low
battery charge. Solution: charge the device.
The worm cannot go deep into the cork. Possible causes: the tip of the worm
is damaged; the worm met the side of the bottle's neck. Solution: press and hold
the upper part of the cork removal/ejection button until the worm comes
