the wine has been aged for more than 15 years, as the cork may crumble during
removal. The device is not intended for use by children or persons with a physical,
mental or intellectual disability unless they have sufficient experience or
knowledge of how to use the device and are supervised by a person responsible
for their safety. Do not rinse the device under running water or immerse it in
water or other liquids. Do not use corrosive cleaning agents or other substances
not recommended for objects that come into contact with food. Do not use
outdoors: ingress of liquid or small foreign particles in the device may cause
malfunction. Do not try to speed up the uncorking process or pull the device. DO
NOT TOUCH MOVING PARTS OF THE DEVICE WHILE IT IS IN USE. DO NOT
TOUCH THE BLADES OF THE FOIL CUTTER OR ATTEMPT TO SHARPEN THE
BLADES. Do not press the upper and lower parts of the cork removal/ejection
button at the same time. Use only the original accessories and power adapter
that came with the device to charge it, and do not use them with other
incompatible devices. Avoid dropping the device. Do not disassemble the device
or attempt to repair it yourself.
ATTENTION! If the device has been transported or stored for a long time at low
temperature, keep it at room temperature for at least 2 hours before charging it
for the first time.
Preparing for Use
Open the package and take out the device and accessories. Remove any
packaging materials. Fully charge the device. To do this, place it on the charging
station (9) so that the charging contacts of the wine opener (6) connect with the
contacts of the station. Connect the supplied power adapter (7) to the power
connector (8) of the charging station and then to a power source (see Fig. II). The
charging process takes about 15 hours.
Using the Wine Opener
1. Put the wine bottle on a flat, horizontal surface.
Note. Diameter of the bottle's neck: no more than 35 mm; cork diameter: no
more than 24 mm.
2. Remove the foil from the neck: clamp it with the foil cutter (10) with its blades
facing down; twist the cutter (see Fig. III-1).
