Operating Instructions
Pump priming
V1 Closed. Pumping
Pump if no water comes out. Open the air bleed valve. Pump and close when water comes out.
1. Connect the pressure hose to the circuit to be tested with the valve V1 closed. (figure A.1).
2. Open one or several system purge points. Release the handle locking hook and pump liquid until all
the air has been purged. Close the purge points. For filling, operate the handle with large strokes.
(figure A.2).
3. Keep pumping until the test pressure is reached (figure A.3).
4. If during the pumping process the desired pressure is exceeded, crack open the valve V1 and close it
again when the desired pressure is reached (figure A.4).
5. If there is no leakage, no pressure drop will be detected in the gauge reading. When the test is completed,
open the valve V1 and relief the pressure (figure A.5).
Note
When the pressure is reached, wait for it to stabilize as a function of the system size. If necessary, pump
again until the pressure is reached.

Maintenance
Keep the tank and pump system clean. The suction pipe is supplied with a filter to prevent dirt entering the pump
pressure system. If the filter should clog, remove the dirt and clean it with water.
Please, be extremely careful not to damage the piston. Use only SUPER-EGO OEM parts for maintenance.
