Maintenance
Every 10 operating hours: Lubricate the bearing with bearing grease (e.g. Liqui Moly P000365 3552
multipurpose grease).
Every 50 operating hours: Check the MiniFix for cracks and check the state of wear.
Repair
If repairs are necessary on site for compelling reasons: Have the repairs carried out by
BaSt-Ing GmbH service personnel.
You can obtain spare parts from the manufacturer. The item number and serial number are required
to order spare parts.
8.
Dismantling
For work (installation of spare parts and repair work) that is not covered in these operating
instructions are described, the manufacturer is available.
• Remove wood material from MiniFix.
• Separate the MiniFix from the impact wrench.
9.
Storage/Disposal
Only trained personnel are qualified for storage and disposal.
Clean and protect the MiniFix before storage.
The MiniFix is prepared at the factory so that it can be stored for up to 6 months without any further
effort. Ensure that the storage room meets the following conditions: dry, frost-free, vibration-free,
protected, constant humidity, ambient temperature + 5 °C to + 40 °C.
Dispose of the MiniFix properly, e.g. recycling center. Dismantle the electrical components (impact
wrench) and dispose of them as electrical waste. The plastic parts (polyethylene) and the metal parts
can now be recycled according to the material.
The MiniFix can also be disposed of by an approved specialist company.
No polluting or toxic materials were used in the manufacture.
