Staff requirements
Before commissioning, all devices and operating elements as well as their function must be known
and checked. During the entire operation it must be ensured that the operational conditions
correspond to the use of the machine.
• Read the operating instructions and observe the information.
• Observe markings and keep them legible, e.g. B. type plate, media connections, etc.
• Only carry out work on the MiniFix when it is at a standstill and de-energised.
• The MiniFix must be separated from the impact wrench for all assembly and maintenance work.
Personal protective equipment requirements
The noise generated during operation of the MiniFix can pose a hazard over time represent – wear
hearing protection! When drilling, parts can be ejected through the MiniFix – wear protective goggles
and safety shoes!
Improper use
The following uses are not permitted:
• Bringing in objects that severely impede movement.
• O perating the MiniFix on unsuitable ground conditions and in unsuitable lighting conditions.
• Using the MiniFix contrary to the intended use.
• T he dismantling, bridging or decommissioning of safety and protective devices.
• Poor maintenance, repair and servicing measures.
• R epair, cleaning and maintenance work without switching off the MiniFix and physically
disconnecting the power supply.
• U nauthorized structural changes as well as additions and conversions without prior consultation
with the manufacturer.
• Operate with an obvious fault.
• Non-observance of personnel qualifications.
Dangers from non-observance of the safety instructions
Failure to follow the safety instructions can endanger people.
