Delivery/Storage
Unpack & check delivery condition
• Check the packaging for damage.
• Report damage to the packaging to the carrier.
• Check the goods for completeness using the delivery note.
• Document damaged goods with photos and report them to the manufacturer in writing.
• Report missing parts to the manufacturer in writing.
Storage
Consider storage space requirements:
• Airable and evenly tempered.
• Temperature is between 15 °C and 25 °C
• Relative humidity is less than 65 %.
For more than six months of storage, anti-corrosion measures for bare metal parts cause.
6.
Commissioning/Decommissioning
Before commissioning, instructed personnel must check whether a suitable impact wrench has
been selected and properly connected to the MiniFix.
The MiniFix is driven by a 10 mm or 24 mm impact wrench socket made of steel. Impact wrenches
with a tightening torque of max. 700 Nm for a MiniFix drive with a wrench size of 10 mm are suitable.
With a wrench size of 24 mm, impact wrenches up to 1627 Nm are permitted.
• Do not use force when connecting.
• Check the free movement of the spiral cone and impact socket.
• Connect battery to impact wrench.
• Connect MiniFix to impact wrench.
Installation
The MiniFix is a ssembled and checked according to the following points:
• The measures for the residual risks are in place and checked.
• There is no visually recognizable damage.
