Safety instructions for
routers
• Hold the power tool by the in-
sulated handle surfaces only,
as the cutter might hit its own
power cord. Contact with a live wire
can also cause a charge in metal parts
of the device and result in an electric
shock.
• Use clamps or another practical
way to secure and support the
workpiece to a stable platform.
Holding the workpiece by your hand or
against the body leaves it unstable and
may lead to loss of control.
