- Please ensure to check the units which are easy to worn out mentioned above and you should
change them each half year, to ensure the safety of the operator and the machine.
- Periodically check if the steel cable is in good conditions.
Note: Abrasion of the steel cable
Check abrasion of the steel cable, if the wear/abrasion area exceeds 10% of
the original size; replace the steel cable with a new one.
- Check if the screws securing the brackets and reduction gear are tight well.
- Check if the conditions and tightening of the nuts securing the steel cable
clamps.
- Periodically check if all the switches (e.g. motor cut-off switch, push button
switch) are in good operating conditions

OPERATION STEPS
- Insert the Battery of AA type with full power in the trasmitter.
- Turn the Knob Key Switch to ON and press START Button for 5 seconds to start the remote
control (Automatic shutdown without action within 10 minutes).
- Operate the trasmitter on the buttons function.
- Handling after operation:
(1) Press emergency button.
(2) Turn off the Key switch and pull it out.
- Take out the batteries if it would be not used for long time.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- The trasmitter is with two alkaline AA batteries.
- The LED indicator flash green after pressing the button if the batteries are full electric.
- Otherwise the LED indicator flash red or does not flash if the electric is not enough. Then the
batteries should be changed soon.
- TX LED remains ON with red light. Solution: Please remove the batteries and insert again.
- The RX does not respond at all. Solution: Turn the main power off for 20 Seconds and turn it on
again.
