Instructions for using the comb attachment
Hold the comb attachment on both sides, as shown in Figure
1, and slide the comb attachment onto the cutting head. (If
fitted correctly, the comb attachment is held firmly in place and
cannot fall off.)
To remove the comb attachment, press and slide the
attachment in the opposite direction, as shown in Figure 2.
Please note:
Please exercise care with the sharp
blades when trimming or cutting
hair close to the ears. Protect the
ear against injury by holding your
hand over it before cutting.
CLEANING, CARE, STORAGE
DANGER! MORTAL DANGER DUE TO
ELECTRIC SHOCK!
Maintenance and lubrication of the device is required. For
correct operation of the device, always keep it clean.
– Disconnect the device from the power by unplugging it and
let it cool down before cleaning it.
– Keep the cable and power plug clean at all times.
– DANGER! Never dip the device in water or other liquids for
cleaning.
– Do not clean the device by rinsing it in water.
– Do not take the HairMaster®TRIMMER apart or attempt to
repair it.
– Clean the housing with a soft, slightly moistened cloth. Do
not use a harsh cleaning agent, as this can cause damage to
the surface.
Cleaning instructions
To remove the cutting head, slide it backwards, as shown in the
picture above.
Apply 1 or 2 drops of oil to the 5 positions on the blade shown
in the picture. A clear sound can be heard during operation if
the cutting head is correctly positioned.
Storage
- Before storing the device, let it cool down first.
- Keep the device in a safe, dry place out of the reach of
children.
- Never wrap the cable around the device or the cable will
wear and break prematurely. Avoid jerking, bending sharply,
twisting or straining the cable or plug.
