Before first use

Unpacking the appliance and disposal of the packaging materials:
Remove all packaging material from around the
appliance, as well as any protective material inside the
appliance's compartments.
- The cardboard packaging and sheets of paper are recyclable.
They must be disposed in the collection bins provided for this
purpose.
- Materials bearing the symbol
>PE<= polyethylene ; >PP<= polypropylene
This means that they can be recycled by placing them in the
appropriate collection containers.
- The other packaging materials (adhesive, fasteners, etc.) must
be disposed of with household waste.

1. Wash all accessories with a sponge damped with dishwashing
liquid. Rinse in hot water and dry with a clean cloth. Never put
the accessories into a dishwasher.
2. Clean the outer body with a dry clean cloth. Never immerse
the appliance in water. Never put the appliance in a
dishwasher.
3. Place your appliance on a flat, stable and heat-resistant
surface.
4. Plug your appliance into an earthed socket.
5. Before the first use, always heat up the appliance to burn the
protective fat and to eliminate smells when you buy new
appliances.
6. Turn the thermostat to the maximum setting, the indicator light
will come on to indicate that the appliance is working.
