Tips for Cutting
Plastic pipe can crack or shatter at any time. Always use
caution and begin cuts slowly.
Plastic pipe becomes more brittle when exposed to
outdoor conditions over long periods of time and in
lower temperatures, increasing the risk of cracking or
shattering. It is not recommended to operate this tool
when the ambient temperature is below 40° F (4° C).
If you cannot hold the workpiece safely, at least
6" (15 cm) from the blade, it is too short to be cut.
Cut slowly and avoid crooked cuts.
 5
Do not attempt angled cuts. It will damage the blade.
 7
Hold the plastic pipe squarely in the tubing holder.
