    2. DISPLAY AND BUTTONS 2.1 DISPLAY Information are displayed when the remote controller is powered up. ON/OFF display Appears when the unit is turned on, and disappears when the it is turned off.     3. HOW TO USE BASIC FUNCTIONS 3.1 BASIC OPERATIONS Before operation, please ensure the unit is plugged in and power is available. ATTENTION Select AUTO mode Set your desired temperature Turn on the air conditioner Mode AUTO NOTE: Mode 1. In AUTO mode for heat pump system, the air conditioner can automatically choose the mode of Cool, Heat or Fan by sensing the difference between the actual room temperature and setting temperature.
