Application:
Pumping and mixing set is used in surface heating systems of mixed assembly. Essential functions of the set:
Reduces temperature of high-temperature circuit fluid for the purpose of a low-temperature surface heating system
Assurance of continuous heat transfer fluid flow in separate surface heating loops
Protection of the surface heating installation against overheating

Assembling and running
Connecting the set to delivery system and floor heating
manifold:
The assembly delivery system is to be connected to the
thermoregulating valve (1) armed with a thermostat head (2) with
a clip-on sensor (3). The clip-on sensor examines the floor heating
system return temperature and controls the thermostat head, by
opening or closing the regulating valve letting hot water flow into
the system. The system is protected against overheating by an
electric pump controller with a sensor (5), turning the pump off at
the moment of exceeding a set temperature value. The regulating
valve (4) can throttle the return flow to the delivery system. The
assembly is additionally equipped with a by-pass with possibility of
throttling due to a regulating valve installed (6).

Installation and electrical connection:
