Natural Steam (applicable models only)
With Natural Steam, you can bake bread that is crispy on the outside and moist
inside. We recommended preheat the oven for the best results.
1.
Insert steam tray on the bottom of
zones.
2.
Fill the tray with water 250 ml only
when the oven is cold.
3.
Set Convection
mode and select
Natural Steam
.
4.
Use the
/
buttons to set the
temperature.
5.
Press OK to start preheating.
6.
Put the food in the oven on any rack
and start cooking.
NOTE
Do not refill the water during cooking or when the oven is hot.

When the oven cools down completely after using the Natural Steam function,
use a wet cloth to wipe the bottom of the compartment.
•
To remove water scale that forms after using the oven for an extended time,
use a soft cloth with dedicated detergent.
