Load a wheel on the rear axle
Load a 10# gasket on the rear axle
Tighten 8 nuts with a plastic wrench
Add a plastic core cover

drive the other side wheel installation

Add a front wheel
Load another M10 gasket
Tighten 8 nuts with a plastic wrench
