Important
Place the freeze tank in the freezer for at least 8 hours prior to preparing your ice
cream mixture.
STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM
• Ingredients
1. Fresh strawberries
2. Whole milk
3. Whipping cream
4. White sugar
• Preparation
1. Mash the strawberries using a fork or potato masher.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the whipping cream until light and fluffy.
3. Add the mashed strawberries, whole milk, and white sugar to the whipping
cream and mix until well combined.
4. In the fridge or freezer, cool down the mixture to 5 - 10°C.
5. Switch the machine on and place the mixture inside the ice cream maker.
Mix until ready.
CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM
• Ingredients
1. Chocolate
2. Whole milk
3. Whipping cream
4. White sugar
• Preparation
1. In a saucepan, warm up the whole milk and white sugar while whisking.
Then, add the chocolate and keep whisking until melted. Set aside and let
cool down.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the whipping cream until light and fluffy.
3. In the mixing bowl, combine all of the room temperature ingredients. Mix well.
4. In the fridge, cool down the mixture to 5 - 10°C.
5. Switch the machine on and place the mixture inside the ice cream maker.
Mix until ready.
