Please read this Operations Manual carefully before using your Occupancy sensor for
Air Conditioner.

• Please clearly explain the contents of the Operations Manual and hand over it.
Observe the safety precautions described in the Installation Manual supplied with the ceiling panel and air conditioner
(indoor unit).
Configuring an Occupancy Sensor
Be sure to set operations for "Occupancy sensor operation" and "Operation during absence" as described
below.
• An "Occupancy sensor" can detect whether people are present or not present.
If people are not present, the air conditioner automatically operates in an energy saving mode.

Set the occupancy sensor to "Invalid" or "Enable"; if "Enable" is set, then
decide the length of time until the sensor determines no one is present.
The factory default setting for the time to determine if no one is present is
"60 min", but settings of "Invalid", "30 min", "60 min", "90 min", "120 min",
or "150 min" can be selected.
Decide the operation of the air conditioners when no one is present.
(They are set to "Standby" as the factory default setting.)
"Standby": Circulation mode (thermo off)
"Stopped": Stops operation of air conditioners

and press [
Set/Fix]
