Remove the product from its packaging.
Place the device upright on a solid, flat surface; never place it on a flammable surface.
Do not install it near a heating appliance.
When using for the first time: fill the water tank three-quarters full and place the glass cylinder with the
grid over.
Connect the device then turn it on with the switch, the red indicator light comes on, and indicates that the
device is working. Set your temperature and let it run for 10 min.
Let the appliance cool down, unplug it and empty the water from the tank.
Fill the tank three quarters full with water again and place the glass cylinder with the grid on top.
Secure the bottom grid with the round grid in the glass cylinder.
Fill the cylinder with sausages.
Place the cover on the glass cylinder.
Connect the appliance then turn it on with the switch, the red indicator light comes on, and indicates that
the appliance is working. Adjust your temperature. When the desired temperature is reached, the green
light goes out.
The water level must be checked regularly, the device must never operate without water.
NOTE
The device is fitted with a safety system in the event of overheating. If tripped, unplug the device and allow it
to cool. If this protection system operates regularly, it is imperative to contact your dealer.
After automatic shutdown, the device can only be put into service by pressing the Reset button on the back
of the device, wait for the temperature to drop, press the Reset button.
