Introduction
We congratulate you on the purchase of your new product. You
have chosen a high quality product. Familiarise yourself with the
product before using it for the first time. In addition, please care-
fully refer to the operating instructions and the safety advice below. Only use
the product as instructed and only for the indicated field of application. Keep
these instructions in a safe place. If you pass the product on to anyone else,
please ensure that you also pass on all the documentation with it.

This product is designed exclusively for private use as training equipment.
The product is not suitable for therapeutic or commercial use.

Fit for:
(I) 26 to 29 bicycle of flat tyres, with
(II) maximum tyre width 50 mm;
(III) compatible with a quick release axle (5 mm, length 170 mm) fixed
on thread of rear dropout (14.5 cm to 16 cm in width)
(IV) It is suitable for both road and most mountain bike but except full
suspension bike.
(V) Resistance switch compatible with a handlebar (22 mm to 28 mm in
diameter)
(VI) We recommend using a tyre specially designed for use on home trainers
which reduces the noise of the wheel spinning.

Risk of injury!
The article may only be used under adult supervision and may not be
used as a toy.
Consult with your doctor before you begin training. Make sure that you
are in suitable health for the training.
Always remember to warm up before training and train in accordance
with your current abilities.
Serious injury can occur if you exert yourself too much and over train.
Cease training immediately if you experience discomfort, weakness, or
fatigue and consult a doctor.
Keep the operating instructions with the exercise descriptions to hand at
all times.

Please note the maximum load bearing capacity of 150 kg which includes
the total weight of the rider plus bicycle. If this weight limit is exceeded
it can lead to damage to the product and compromise its function.
Pregnant women should only train with the article following consultation
with their doctor.
A free area ( ) of not less than 0.6 m shall remain around the training
area ( ) in the directions from which the equipment is accessed (fig. O).
Only train on a stable and levelled base.
WARNING! Don't put your fingers to the gaps at the quick-
release-lever
. It may poses a risk of finger entrapment

hazards.
Particular caution – Risk of injury for children
Keep the packaging materials away from children. There is a risk of
suffocation!
Parents and others in charge of children should be aware of their respon-
sibility because the natural play instinct and the fondness of children for
experimenting can lead to situations and behaviour for which the training
equipment is not intended.
If you allow your children to use the equipment, their mental and physical
development and above all their temperament should be taken into ac-
count; they should be controlled and instructed to the correct use of the
equipment, the equipment is under no circumstances suitable as a
children's toy.
Store the article out of the reach of children when not in use. In order to
prevent the risk of injury children may not be within reach of the article
during training.
Instruct children specifically that the article is not a toy.
Risks from wear
The article may only be used when in perfect condition. Examine the
article for damage and wear before each use.
The safety of the trainer can only be guaranteed if it is examined regularly
for damage and wear.
Special attention to the parts that are susceptible to wear: mounting
cones, levers, skewer, resistance unit, and the joints on the trainer.
Discontinue use if damage is found. Replace defective components
immediately and / or keep the equipment out of use until repair.
Avoiding damage to property
Protect the article from sunlight.
Avoid contact with sharp, hot, pointed, or hazardous objects. Please
ensure that your training area is free of pointed objects.
Please use a corresponding underlay on susceptible flooring in order
to protect your floor from damage.

4. Install the skewer
into the rear wheel of your bicycle. Follow your

bicycle / wheel manufacturer recommendations for removing and install-
ing the skewer or have a qualified bicycle shop replace it for you (fig. E).
