MANUAL STEPS - How to use
Loading film into the 35mm film holder [A]
1. Put the 35 mm film tongue into the Film Loading Slot [A2], with the
emulsion side facing down on the 35 mm Film Holder [A].
2. Hold the 35 mm film and turn the Film Loading Knob [A1]
clockwise, the film will then be loaded into the 35 mm Film Holder
[A] and will come out via the Film Ejection Slot [A3].
3. Turn the Film Loading Knob [A1] back and forth to adjust the frame
position of the film inside the 35 mm Film Holder [A].
4. You may insert the 36 x 24 mm Film Mask [B8] on top of the
Backlight Panel [B3] to cover any unwanted areas or perforations of
the 35 mm film if needed, and achieve a faster scanning process for
each standard 35 mm frame.
5. If you are scanning panoramic frames, such as photos taken with
a Sprocket Rocket camera, endless panoramas or overlapping
exposures; you should insert the 35 mm Panoramic Diffuser [B9]
on top of the Backlight Panel [B3] to ensure that the frame is evenly
lit. When not in use, remove the 35 mm Panoramic Diffuser [B9] by
opening the 120 Film Holder Cover [B1]
Loading film into the 120 film holder [B]
1. Open the 120 Film Holder Cover [B1] on the Backlight Panel with
Built-in 120 Film Holder [B].
2. Remove the 35 mm Panoramic Diffuser [B9] located on top of the
Backlight Panel [B3].
3. Insert the 120 film into the Backlight Panel with Built-in 120 Film
Holder [B] with the emulsion side facing down and close the 120
Film Holder Cover [B1] to hold the film in place.
4. To adjust the position of the film frame, repeat steps 1-3.
