Q11. What to do with unstable signal, no
signal, and poor signal?
* Metal protective shell, magnetic bracket
or chuck may interfere with the signal.
If you have used one, please remove
it and try again.
* Closed indoor environments may result
in poor signal. You can change youra
-current location and try again.
* It is recommended to try after resetting
the APN. Go to Settings > Network &
internet > Mobile network > Advanced
> Access Point Names, then tap on
thetop right and select "Reset to default".
Q12. What should I do if there is an echo
during a phone call?
* If you occasionally hear the other
person's echo during a call, it may be
that the microphone or earpiece of the
other person is abnormal. You could
suggest earphones.
* If you occasionally hear your echo
during a call, it may be that you have
blockedyour microphone accidently.
* If you hear echos during all calls, please
conntact us for more help.
