Use the Peloton Bike Commercial Pedal set with any cycling
shoes equipped with SPD compatible cleats.
To clip in, point your toes down to fit the tip of the cleat into the
pedal, then push down through your heel.
To clip out, hold down the resistance knob and kick your heel
away from the bike.
