2. Add the fastener strap to one of the pedals, thread the strap
through the bottom two openings of the toe cage, starting at
the opposite side from the spindle. Make sure the buckle faces
down.Thread the fastener strap through the top two openings.
3. Repeat with the other pedal.
4. Rotate the resistance knob all the way clockwise to lock the
flywheel.
5. Insert the right pedal into the right crank arm at a 90° angle.
Holding the pedal steady, rotate the spindle by hand at least four
full rotations clockwise. Tighten using a 15 mm pedal wrench.
It's important that the pedal is as tight as you can make it.
