Before First Use
1. Clean the baking plates with a damp cloth or sponge.
2. Slightly grease the baking plates with a little butter or cooking oil.
3. Plug in the sandwich maker and preheat up the plates until the
green Ready To Cook pilot light goes off. At this moment, the
sandwich maker is ready for use now.
Note:
When using this sandwich maker for the first time, a fine smoke haze
may result. This is normal because of the initial heating of the
internal components. (You can throw away the food you cooked the
first time)

How To Install
1. Confirm the baking plates you want to use. (Step 1)
2. Put the bottom plate into the groove of the bottom hinge and make
sure that the lock pin matches. (Step 2)
3. Then press and hold the Plate-replace Switch to lock it in place.
(Step 3)
4. Similarly, put the top plate into the groove of the top hinge and
make sure that the lock pins match. Then press and hold the
Plate-replace Switch to lock it in place.

Disassemble
Press the Plate-replace Switch, which
will release the plate. (To remove the
top plate, press the Up button. To
remove the bottom plate, press the
Down button.)
