13. Broil
The Broil feature uses intense heat radiated from the
upper element.
You can set two intensity levels:
Broil high
Broil low
Setting Broil mode
The appliance must turned off.

14. Setting the time-setting options
Your oven has various time-setting options. You can use the
Clock
key to call up the menu and s
individal functions.
Setting the cooking time
The cooking time for your meal can be set on the oven. When the
cooking time has elapsed, the oven switches itself off
automatically. This means that you do not have to interrupt other
work to switch off the oven. The cooking time cannot be
accidentally exceeded.
The oven starts. The cooking time counts down in the display.

An audible signal sounds. The oven stops heating.

Note: Always use a broil pan when cooking in Broil
mode (see optional accessories).
Opening appliance door during operation
Opening the appliance door during operation will
interrupt the current mode. Close the appliance door and

then touch
Cancel operation
Touch Clear/Off to cancel the operation.
The cooling fans may continue to run for awhile and then
switch off automatically.
