Remove from below the vehicle any protective sealant from the points of contact between the shell and the tow bar; then paint the parts with rust
preventer. The holes for the tow bar fixing are available.

From under the vehicle lift the side claddings fender and remove the sealing tape from the holes "01", "03" and "04" located on the
vehicle.
2.
After taking off the protection from the two hex wrench nuts insert them into the holes "01" situated on the vehicle's rear crossbar.
3.
Place the draw-beam "A" fastened to the rear side of the vehicle in reference to holes "01" and "02" and fix.
4.
Place the two side beams "B" and "C" within the two spars in reference to holes "03", "04".
5.
In correspondence to the hole "04" insert the sparer between the tie beam "B" and the spar and then fix.
6.
Place the two supports "D" and "E at the bottom of the rear cross bar of the vehicle in correspondence to holes "07" and "10" and then fix.
7.
Complete the fixing of the side tie beams "B" and "C", of the supports "D" and "E" (previously installed) to the drawbeam in correspondence
to holes "05" and "06".
8.
Tighten nuts and bolts with a tightening torque according to the chart.
9.
Connect the wiring to the socket following the car booklet's instructions "use and maintenance" of the vehicle as shown in the enclosed
wiring kit layout.
10.
Finally, reassemble the side claddings fender.

Make sure that the tow bar is suitable for the vehicle before starting the installation. Verify also that the vehicle's towing disposal quoted
on the car registration is mentioned on the tow bar document. Otherwise ask for the appropriate office (umbrarimorchi@umbrarimorchi.it)
for explanations or updated documents.

For safety, all work involving tow bar installation must be undertaken by skilled technicians.
•
Damaged components must be replaced with manufacturer's spares parts by qualified staff.
•
It is forbidden to make any modification or structural repair to the tow bar.
•
The tow ball must be kept clean and lubricated. For added safety, his diameter (50 mm) must be checked at regular intervals. If the tow
ball measures less than 49 mm after selected readings across the diameter, the tow ball must be replaced with a new one.
•
After 1000 km of towing, check torque settings for nuts and bolts, in accordance with the table.
