Intended use
The hydraulic dent removal tool is designed as an aid for the pressing, spreading, pulling and
clamping of parts on assembly and alignment jobs in the workshop.
The dent removal system is not suitable for use as a hoist!
The manufacturer's express written permission must be obtained in advance before making any
modifications to this tool!

The regulations currently in force in Germany are:

UVV VBG 1 (BGV A1)

Operation and maintenance are to be performed only by:
Authorised, qualified personnel
(Definition of skilled workers according to IEC 364)
Qualified personnel are persons who, by virtue of their training, experience, instruction and knowledge of
pertinent standards and provisions, accident prevention regulations and operating conditions, are authorised by
those responsible for the system's safety to perform an essential activity and who are able to recognise and
avoid the hazards which may arise in connection with the activity in question.
The user is responsible for safely fitting and connecting the tools.
Never tension highly elastic parts – danger from stored energy!
When fitting the tools to the parts you want to align, make sure they cannot slip or slide out of
position!
Never release hydraulic couplings when they are under load!
Before you begin to work, make sure that the hydraulic couplings are screwed tight.
Never exceed the force rating specified for the cylinder you are using!
Prevent kinks in pipe lines and never place objects on the pipes.
Keep the equipment away from severe heat and naked flames.
Arrange for testing by an expert at least once a year.
Be sure to keep to the inspection and maintenance intervals.
Use only original accessories and spare parts or safe operation will not be guaranteed.
