4. ADJUSTMENT
The electronic box on the radiator side is equipped

with two adjusting knobs (see figure 2).

The appliance has 5 functions or operating modes:
Comfort, night reduction, freeze protection, Pilot
LED
wire (usable only in France), stand-by.
Starting and selection of the operating mode are
performed through knob 1: when the radiator is
operating, the resistor contained in the radiator
is on, the LED is red; the LED is green when the
resistor is not powered.
With knob 2 it is possible to change the ambient
temperature level.

Comfort mode:
It is the standard mode of use of the radiator to keep the ambient temperature to the value set. The
set temperature depends on the position of temperature control knob 2.
As an indication, the correspondence between the set temperature and the numbers indicated on the
knob is the following:

With a rotation angle between 0° and 9.5 °, the set temperature is approx. 7°C.
Night reduction mode:
With mode knob in this position the set temperature is 3.5 °C less than the one currently set through
the temperature knob.
Freeze protection mode:
By selecting this mode, the set ambient temperature is 7°C.
Stand-by mode:
When the mode knob is in this position the radiator is off. The LED is off. Warning: in this position the
radiator is anyway powered.
Pilot Wire mode:
(for France only)
In this mode the radiator is controlled by a remote control unit.
The temperature set depends on pilot wire controls and the position of temperature potentiometer.
This mode can be used only in France.
