Note: ensure that the parasol mast
(1a) extends at least 15cm into the
mast extension (2).
3. To open the parasol (1) push the
parasol rods (1b) apart, until the
sliders (1c) on both parasol rods
lock into place (Fig. D).
Note: be careful not to pinch your-
self.
4. Fasten the parasol fabric with the
Velcro fasteners (1d) onto the
parasol rods (1b) (Fig. D).
5. To change the position of the
parasol (1), push the lever (1e)
upwards and turn or tilt the par-
asol (1) to the desired direction
(Fig. E).
IMPORTANT!
• Take care to avoid crushing your
fingers during use, especially in
the area of the swivel joint, the
parasol rods (1b) and the le-
ver (1e) (Fig. E).
• Never put your fingers into the
swivel joint or under the lever.
There is a risk of crushing!
• When adjusting the position of
the parasol, pay special attention
to your fingers. There is a risk of
injury from crushing.
6. Push the lever (1e) down again, to
fasten the parasol in position.
Dismantling
To dismantle the produkt, proceed
as follows:
1. Undo the Velcro fastener (1d) on
the parasol rods (1b).
2. Push the sliders (1c), to loosen
them and push the parasol rods
(1b) together (Fig. D).
Note: be careful not to pinch your-
self.
3. Loosen the fixing wheel (2a), to
pull the parasol mast (1a) out of
the mast extension (2) (Fig. C).
4. Roll up the parasol (1) and fold
down the parasol mast (1a)
(Fig. F).
5. Place the parasol (1) and the mast
extension (2) in the protective
cover (3) (Fig. F).
Storage, cleaning
When not in use, always store the
produkt clean and dry at room
temperature.
Clean the produkt with a damp cloth
and a mild detergent.
Do not use petrol, solvents or harsh
detergents. Allow the produkt to dry
open.
Disposal
Dispose of the article and the pack-
aging materials in accordance with
current local regulations. Packaging
materials such as foil bags are not
suitable to be given to children.
Keep the packaging materials out of
the reach of children.
Dispose of the products and
the packaging in an environ-
mentally friendly manner.
The recycling code is used to
identify various materials for
recycling.
The code consists of the recycling
symbol – which is meant to reflect
the recycling cycle – and a number
which identifies the material.
Notes on the guarantee
and service handling
The product was produced with
great care and under constant
supervision. You receive a three-year
warranty for this product from the
date of purchase. Please retain your
receipt.
The warranty applies only to ma-
terial and workmanship and does
not apply to misuse or improper
handling. Your statutory rights, es-
pecially the warranty rights, are not
affected by this warranty.
With regard to complaints, please
contact the following service hotline
or contact us by e-mail. Our service
employees will advise as to the
subsequent procedure as quickly as
possible.
We will be personally available to
discuss the situation with you.
Any repairs under the warranty,
statutory guarantees or through
goodwill do not extend the warranty
period. This also applies to replaced
and repaired parts. Repairs after the
warranty are subject to a charge.
