4. Batteries
WARNING
Do not puncture batteries or throw them in fire as they may explode. Do not attempt to
recharge non-rechargeable batteries. Dispose of batteries in accordance with local
regulations. Keep batteries away from children.
•
Open the battery compartment and insert the batteries according to the correct
polarity.
•
Replace the batteries as soon as the display turns dark.
•
Remove the batteries after use.

6. Operation
6.1 General Operation
WARNING
The scales are overloaded as soon as the display shows "O-Ld". Remove the item from
the platform.
The USB-C cable is for powering only, it is not designed for charging. Remove the
batteries first before powering by USB-C cable.
1.
Place the scales on a levelled surface.
2.
Press the on-off button to switch on the scales.
3. Place the item on the platform and wait until the reading on the display is stable.
4. Switch off the scales after use.
6.2 Unit Conversion
1.
Switch on the scales.
2. Press the mode button to select the weighing unit.
6.3 Tare Function
1.
Switch on the scales.
2.
Place the tare item on the platform.
3. Press the tare button once and wait for the display to show "0.00".
4. Add the net weight.
6.4 Hold Function
1.
Switch on the scales and weigh the item.
