Safety Tips
Whilst all care has been taken to remove sharp edges, care must be taken when cleaning or handling the
trolley to prevent risk of injury from exposed metal edges.
Assembly
Note: Be sure to check all packaging materials for any small parts that may have come
loose during transportation
To attach the shelves to the frames:
Remove all protective film from the parts, taking care to avoid scratching the surfaces

Place a support pad inside the corner of the shelf.
2.
Position the shelf against the screw hole in the frame.
3.
Slide a hexagon screw through the frame and the support pad so the screw thread protrudes from the

inside [A].
Slot a washer over the protruding end of the screw and then attach a hexagon nut. Tighten slightly.

Note: To allow for later adjustment do not tighten the nut fully until all corners are
attached to the frames.
Attach the other corner to the frame in the same way.
6.
Repeat for the cutlery tray, attaching it in the same way.
7.
Attach the second frame to the other end of the shelves.
8.
Slide the castor covers over the frame legs and screw the castors on to the frame [B].
9.
Note: Ensure that the two castors with brakes are not fitted to the same end of the trolley.
Cleaning
•
Clean the trolley regularly using a cleaning agent suitable for use with stainless steel.
•
Always remove cleaning agent residue. This can discolour the surface of the trolley.

Never leave the trolley surface damp as this can cause discolouration.
