GUIDE FOR ASSEMBLING THE BIKE

Preparation
Tools needed: Please open the carton from the
top. Take out the bike and all parts. Find the small
tool case and open it. Take out the tools from the
tools case. You will also need a knife or scissors to
cut the fixing tapes on the bike and parts. Take care
not to scratch or mark the bike.

Handlebar Assembly
Remove the silicone lid. Loose the screw a little with 5 mm allen wrench.
Loose the 4 screws with allen wrench, remove the cap, and put handlebar in
between. Fix the 4 screws back, but don't tighten up entirely, then screw them up
in order refer to fig.4

Install brake calipers
Loosen the lock nut behind the brake first, take out the outer arc washer and flat
washer, and then assemble the arc washer, plain washer and lock nut in turn
through the front fork. Match the arc washer with the casing surface of the front
fork, and then tighten the lock nut. After installing the front wheel, then adjust the
brake caliper. (For details, please refer to general use, maintenance and simple
repairs)
For your safety of riding, please select original accessories. If the front fork
needs to be replaced, the set-back and inner diameter of the new one should be
consistent to the original one.
