Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise:
Bei Wartung , Messerwechsel oder
Reinigungsarbeiten Netzstecker ziehen!
Vorsicht beim Messerwechsel! Das
Messer ist sehr scharf, auch im Still-
stand kann man sich tiefe Schnitt-
wunden zuziehen. Beim Festziehen der
.
Messerschraube das Messer mit einem
dicken Lappen festhalten. Maschine
regelmäßig reinigen und warten und die
Sicherheitseinrichtungen auf ordnungs-
gemäße Funktion kontrollieren.
Der Stoffdrücker mit den integrierten
Schutzstäben muss
vor dem Schleifen

bei jedem Stillsetzen der
-
Maschine
bei allen Wartungsarbeiten
-
vollständig auf die Fußplatte abgesenkt
werden!
Er darf nur auf die notwendige
Schneidhöhe angehoben werden.
Hinweis zum Schleifband –Wechsel
Die Schutzstäbe müssen
Schleifband –Wechsel vom Stoffdrücker
gelöst und anschließend wieder fest
eingeschraubt werden

Annex to the operating instructions for the Straight-Knife Cloth Cutter
Protective system for
KURIS-Straight-Knife
in accordance with EC Machine
Directive
The machines bear the CE symbol
(from 1.1.1995)
General safety instructions:
Remove the power plug when servicing
the machine, changing blades. The blade
is very sharp and may cause cuts and
severe injury even when stationary.
When tightening the blade screw, hold
the blade in position with a thick cloth.
Regularly clean and service the machine
and check that all safety devices are
functioning correctly.
The material thruster, complete with
integrated guard bars, must be fully
lowered to the base plate
before sharpening

every time the machine is stopped
-
during all maintenance work on
-
the machine.
It may only be raised to the required
cutting height when in cutting mode.
Instruction for changing the abrasive
belt
zum
The guard bars must be removed from
the material thruster while changing the
abrasive belt. After the belt change, they
must be screwed firmly back into
position.

Consignes générales de sécurité :
Lors de la maintenance, du changement
de lame ou de travaux de nettoyage,
retirer la fiche secteur! Prudence lors
du changement de lame! La lame est
très aiguisée, on peut se faire des
coupures profondes même à l'arrêt. En
serrant la vis de la lame, tenir la lame
avec un épais chiffon. Nettoyer et
entretenir régulièrement la machine et
contrôler le bon fonctionnement des
dispositifs de sécurité.
Le presseur de tissu muni de tiges de
protection intégrées doit être
entièrement rabaissé sur la semelle
avant l'aiguisage

lors de chaque arrêt de la
-
machine
lors de tout les travaux de
-
maintenance.
Il ne doit pas être relevé à la hauteur de
coupe nécessaire que pour la coupe.
Remarques sur le changement de bande
abrasive
Les tiges de protection doivent être
desserrées du presseur de tissu pour le
changement de bande abrasive puis
doivent ensuite y être solidement
revissées.
