Electrical CONNECTION
The unit is supplied with a power cord with plug (Y-type connection). if
the socket is in proximity to the unit, simply plug it in.
Before connecting the unit, ensure that:
• The power supply voltage and frequency values comply with those indicated
on the data plate of the unit.
• The power supply line is � tted with an �� cient ground connection that is appro-
priately sized for the maximum absorption of the unit (minimum cross-section
of the cable must be 14 AWG).
• The unit is powered exclusively through a socket that is compatible with the
plug supplied.
Any replacement of the power cable must be carried out solely by authorized

On the power supply line of the unit there must be an adequate omnipolar dis-
connection device that complies with the national installation regulations.
It is, however, necessary to check that the electrical power supply is equipped
with ����� grounding and with adequate protections against overloading
and/or short circuits (a type 15 AT delayed fuse or other devices with equivalent
functions are recommended).
It is possible to proceed with the electrical connection using a cable embedded into the wall in a position as
indicated in the installation template (recommended connection for installing the appliance is to the upper
part of the wall).
• This operation must be performed only by the installer or any similarly qual-

• To prevent the risk of an electric shock it is mandatory to switch off the main
disconnect switch before performing the electrical connections or any main-
tenance operation to the unit.
To replace the power cord, proceed as follows:
a.
Remove the lower cover and upper cover (wedged in). Fig.26
b. Remove the rear plastic plate (step 1) and undo the screw located under it, then remove the front plastic
plate (step 2).
Unscrew the 6 screws that lock the front cover. Fig.27

Remove the front cover. Fig.28
d. Remove the cover of the electrical box. Fig.29
e.
Unscrew the cable clamp (J1). Fig.30
f.
Unscrew the cable fixing screws of the terminal strip.
