5" REPLACEMENT VALVE
FOR PEANUT DISPENSERS
TOOLS NEEDED
Needle Nose Pliers Hex Head Wrench
NOTE: Product comes fully assembled. If
disassembly is necessary, the following
instructions guide the reassembly process.
1. Lay the left-hand shutter (identifiable by the molded
"L" near the handle) on a flat surface with the
molded "L" facing up. Place the valve spring on top,
aligning the center of the spring with the hole in the
handle. (See Figure 1)
NOTE: The spring should be oriented with the
longer tine on top and the shorter tine abutting
the shutter. The tines should point away from
the plastic handle toward the metal end of the
shutter.

2. From the top, put the 1/2" x 1" stripper bolt through
the center of the valve spring and the hole in the
left-hand shutter. (See Figure 2)

3. Place one 1½" PTFE washer around the narrow end
