significant differences between the groups were found in the
baseline scores (p≥0.165).

After 6 weeks, the measured mean scores of the RF test group
were significantly lower than those of the control group. The
reduction rates were significantly greater in the treatment group
as compared to the control group (p≤0.001). Both toothbrushes
were well-tolerated and no device-related adverse events were
reported.
The study found that the device produced significant benefits
in the reduction of plaque, calculus, gingival inflammation and
bleeding, as compared to the control group that used a powered
toothbrush accepted by the American Dental Association.
