Assembly Instructions
Tools Required: Phillips Head Screwdriver, Mallet or Padded Hammer and Tape Measure
Important:
Apply the finish before the final assembly of this bookcase.
Prior to doing so, read the enclosed Finishing Hints.
Note: Because there is more than one type of hardwood used to build this bookcase,
be sure to test for the desired color.
Test for the desired color for:
a) Veneer parts – apply stain to the unexposed portion of the Bottom Shelf. See Figure 2.
b) Alder pieces – apply stain to the back of the Base. See Figure 3.
