WARNING: When lowering the vehicle, keep hands and
feet clear of the jack hinge and ground area to prevent
injury. Do not move the vehicle while it is on the jack.
It is important to inspect and maintain the product according to these instructions.
Under no circumstances should the product be altered in any way.
1. Before use, inspect the jack thoroughly. Check for any cracks in the welds, bent or damaged
parts, loose or worn components and any missing parts.
2. Only follow the inspection guidelines provided in this manual.
3. If the jack has been subjected to abnormal load or shock (abuse), inspect the jack immediately.
Take the product to an authorised customer service for inspection.
With
the
saddle
lowered
and
placed on level ground,
unscrew and remove the oil
fill plug.
Using SAE 5W hydraulic oil, fill the oil
reservoir until it reaches the bottom of the
threads in the oil filler hole.

Unscrew and remove the
oil fill plug.
Attach and tighten the oil fill
plug. Do not allow dirt or
debris to enter the system.
