Do not use the dough blade for more than 2 minutes continuously. Allow the
appliance to cool down and do not use it again within at least 30 minutes.

Do not use the dough blade continuously for more than 60 seconds when mixing
yeast dough.

4.5. USING THE SLICER / JULIENNE / FRENCH FRIED POTATO BLADE

Observe the capacity line of work bowl. Once the food approaches the max line
on the bowl, stop operation and pour out food.
Switch on and push down food evenly with the food pusher. NEVER put your

fingers in the feed tube.
•
Do not use slicing or shredding discs for more than 3 minutes continuously. After
this, the appliance must remain switched off until it has cooled down to room
temperature.
•
Always take care when handling the stainless steel blades, they are very sharp.
•
To get the best processing result, use the speed 1.
1.
Position the drive shaft on the motor
base.
2.
Lower the processor bowl onto the
motor base and rotate the bowl
clockwise until it clicks into place.
3.
Install the desired blade onto the
blade holder (see the figures below).
Then place the blade holder onto
the drive shaft (hold the disc by its
centre hub). The disc should be
level with the top of the bowl.

Place the lid on the bowl and turn
it clockwise until it locks onto the
bowl.
5.
Ensure the bowl in step 2 and the lid in step 4 are locked well, or the machine will not work.
